Ten searches patients in your town use, your position on the map and in the web results for each, who holds the spots above you, what your Business Profile and website are missing, and what we would do in the first 90 days. Public information only. Use the form or one email, and no call is needed.
How to ask
One email with two facts in it.
Your practice name and your town. If you want, add the services you most want more of (contact lens exams, children's exams, dry eye, myopia management) and we will make sure those searches are among the ten. That is all we need; we do not ask for logins, patient numbers or a phone call.

What comes back
The sample report's format, with your numbers in it.
We read the results from a phone and a desktop as a patient in your town would see them, on the day we check. Each search gets a line: your map position, your web position, who is above you (named to you, and to nobody else), and an acuity value, 20/20 for first on the map down to 20/200 for a search Google has nothing of yours to match. Then the findings on your profile and your site, an assessment, and a plan for the first 90 days. The sample report is the complete format, for a practice that does not exist.
We send it by email, usually within two business days, as a PDF and in the body of the message. If anything in it is wrong, say so and we will check again; search results change by the hour.
What the check never needs
- Patient information of any kind, or access to your practice management system.
- Logins to your website or your Google Business Profile.
- A call, a meeting or a contract.
What happens afterwards
Nothing, unless you want it to. If the report is useful and you would like help, reply and we quote one flat monthly fee in writing, with the plan from the report as the first 90 days. If you would rather do the work yourself, the guides cover each piece, and the report is yours to use with anyone. If the answer is no, reply "no" and we won't write again.
Who it is for
Independently owned practices, one per town.
We check who owns a practice before we write the report. Practices owned by the optometrists who work in them, with one location or a few, anywhere in the US, in county seats, small towns and mid-size cities. We do not work for practices owned by a corporate group or a private equity platform, and we take one practice per town. If we can't take on your town, we tell you straight away.
