What this website collects

If you use the form on the ranking check page, we receive what you type into it (your name, email address, business name, website, town and anything you add) so we can prepare your check and reply. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms. The site has no accounts or logins.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for that purpose.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how people move between them and which links are clicked. Clarity also records page interactions such as clicks and scrolling, with text on the page masked. We may also use advertising tools, such as the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our own advertising; those tools can share information about your visit with the companies that run them. These tools set cookies. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or an extension, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

When you email us, we keep your email and anything you send with it so we can reply and, if you asked for one, prepare your ranking check.

When we contact practices, we use business contact details that businesses publish, for example on their own websites, and public search data about their business. If you reply "no thanks" or ask us to stop, we won't email you again.

Patient information

We don't collect patient information through this website, and the ranking check uses public information only. If a practice's website stores appointment requests, we work without access to them or sign a business associate agreement first.

How we share information

We don't sell personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the business: email hosting, website hosting, website analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), form delivery (Web3Forms), advertising platforms when we run ads and the software we use to keep track of conversations.

How long we keep it

We keep emails only as long as we need them for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
